As part of their undergraduate studies, Poster and Visual Communication students periodically have classes in theory and practical application of basic calligraphy standards. Aided by lectures in which the essence of the specific issues is explained, the students have the opportunity to practice in real-time format the application of the discussed particular standard under the guidance of Prof. Christina Borissova, PhD. These practical exercises are essential to the students' general training in font and facilitate their understanding of the structural nature and construction logic of letters.
